Skinner Leadership Institute’s work with current and emerging leaders is accomplished through several initiatives.

 

For over 30 years, we have encouraged the spiritual development of key leaders across the nation with a goal of strengthening the faith of high-level, accomplished leaders in government, nonprofit, and faith arenas across the nation. This is done through prayer breakfasts, prayer walks on Capitol Hill, and personal times of prayer with individual Congressional Leaders and senior staff. more>>

The Masters Series for Distinguished Leaders (MSDL) is a unique program developed to empower a robust pipeline of distinguished African American leaders, ages 25-45, who are equipped to become the next generation of extraordinary leaders in business, government, education, labor, law, and the non-profit and entrepreneurial arenas. In a world that promotes looking out for self, MSDL promotes “other centered”, selfless leaders who operate in excellence and who help to lift up underserved communities.  more>>
